Shipping policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If the items you purchased don't fit, meet your expectations, or for any other reason are not suitable, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Free for customers in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, and Romania.

  • Customers from other countries are responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label, as we do not have contractual partners in those locations to handle the shipment back to us.

How to Return or Exchange Items:

Returning an Item:

  1. Log into your customer account on Pikastore.cz.

  2. In the “Orders” section, find the order and the specific item you wish to return.

  3. Initiate a return and provide the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

  4. Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will send you a return shipping label and all necessary instructions.

Exchanging an Item:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please mention it in the notes when initiating the return.

  • Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@pikastore.cz and let us know which item you would like in exchange.

  • The exchange will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original, undamaged condition, unworn, with all original accessories and tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted if the packaging is intact and not taped over or otherwise tampered with.

Exceptions:

Returns and exchanges are not possible for:

  • Underwear.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

Warranty Claims:

Our warranty process is quick and straightforward. Please follow these steps:

How to Proceed:

  1. Send an email to info@pikastore.cz.

  2. In your email, include the following information:

    • Order number

    • Description of the defect

    • Photographs of the damaged or defective item

We will then send you a free return shipping label along with further instructions.

  1. Pack the item and send it back using Zásilkovna or another carrier we recommend.
