  • Can I buy without registering? Yes, purchasing is possible without registration, but we recommend creating an account for better order management and easier communication.

Shipping and payment

  • What payment options do you offer? We offer various payment options including transfer, card payment, Apple Pay / Google Pay, and for maximum convenience, cash on delivery.
  • What transportation options do you have? We will deliver your order to you via a proven logistics partner with the option of online tracking. The fastest way to deliver your order is by courier, but for convenient delivery you can also choose PPL.
  • What are the international transport options? We offer various international shipping options. Specific information and prices can be found in the section directly during the payment phase.
  • Is it possible to change the payment method after creating an order? Changing the payment method is only possible before the final confirmation of the order.

Returns and complaints
